Our team is comprised of client-obsessed, diversely -talented web marketing consultants. We like to call what we do "WIT Thinking," meaning Whatever it Takes Thinking. And we mean that, we will do whatever it takes to make you happy and make your web marketing experience comfortable.
Michelle Smith – Chief of Operations
Michelle has more than 15 years of advertising and marketing experience working with hundreds of local and national companies. Michelle has built campaigns in print, outdoor, radio, broadcast and web media. Michelle is always able to achieve success for her clients regardless of the medium. In fact many of our clients are from business relationships built long before Idyllwild. However, working in 'traditional media' increasingly it seemed that red tape, politics and value vs. price were getting in front of client success. Having been accused of being 'client focused to a fault' by more than one boss in her media career, she has always wanted a way to provide more value to her clients for less and moreover she wanted a better way to track response and improve on it. Michelle opened Idyllwild Advertising, with this principle in mind. Google Certified Since 2007, Michelle oversees all projects.
Erik Harrison – Head of Programming and Lead Designer
Erik is a Penn State graphic design graduate with more than 16 years of experience designing and coding websites. In fact, Erik has designed and coded a rediculous number of websites. He works fluidly with PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3, MySQL, and has experience with e-commerce, portfolio, application development, and mobile platforms.
Scott Collett - Art Director
With over 15 years experience in graphic design, Scott has witnessed
and been an accomplice in the print-to-web revolution. Experienced in both realms, Scott has been a creative resource for global ad agencies to one-man starts ups and everything in between.
Lori Davis – Office Manager and Accounting
Lori has personally assisted Michelle Smith for more than eight years, starting their relationship at Universal Scoreboards, Lori has worked with national clients such as Starcom and Media Edge.
Shaudai Short - Social Media/Directory Management
With a background in marketing, business management and an eye for detail, Shaudai coordinates our social media and directory management. Shaudai is what we like to call a 'master gatherer' at directory management. She will strive to perfect your business' online presence by creating a cohesive branding message throughout the web. Not only is she a master at managing your online business presence, but Shaudai will maintain your social platforms as a place for your fans and customers to admire what you offer.
Hannah Dalton – Program Management and Copywriting
Hannah writes all SEO, website and advertising copy for Idyllwild clients. She has a diverse background writing media documents for Subway restaurants, Sportline and clients featured on TLC (The Learning Channel). Hannah will get to know your business and write in a voice that best reflects who you are as a company.
Darren Davis - Search Marketing Manager
As a Google AdWords certified consultant, Darren creates, implements and manages search engine marketing campaigns for Idyllwild clients. We are lucky that Darren loves his work and everything web because the poor guy has to work in an office full of women.
Mike Price - Web and App Development
Living life by the old proverb "where there's a will there's a way" and being backed by a programming background stretching nearly a decade, Mike is an expert at finding a solution to any problem he's tasked with.
