In this dynamic role, Ruby is responsible for managing the public perception of our clients by diligently responding to all client reviews, ensuring that every piece of feedback is addressed promptly and professionally. Ruby's commitment to excellence extends to creating comprehensive monthly review reports utilizing Google Business, providing our clients with valuable insights and actionable data.

Ruby plays a key role in maintaining and updating Google My Business (GMB) pages for clients, ensuring that descriptions and photos are current and accurately reflect the client’s brand. In addition, Ruby expertly manages Google Budgets, meticulously tracking and updating ad spend sheets to optimize marketing efforts.

As the manager of the IDYView Software, Ruby handles the addition of contacts both via spreadsheets and individual invitations, ensuring the software is always up to date and functional. Ruby also enhances monthly reports with relevant graphs and detailed information, offering clients a clear and visual representation of their business performance.

Ruby's skills in project management, Microsoft, and various web applications are complemented by exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. A driven self-starter, Ruby demonstrates outstanding organizational skills, making her a valuable asset to the Idyllwild Advertising team.
